После сообщения от 9 августа, что СД может рекомендовать дивиденды, акции выросли более, чем на 50%.
Четвертый день рост идет планками, купить практически невозможно. Так же читаю тинькофф пульс, есть кто шортил бумагу и сейчас просто не может из нее выйти, т.к. нет продавцов.
От самого дна, когда мы брали бумагу, а это было около 5-6 рублей, акции выросли более чем в 22 раза за 4 года.
Фактически можно было ничего не делать и спокойно сидеть. Первоначальная идея была в том, что компания увеличивает кэш и ставка была на то, что рано или поздно будет выплата дивидендов или начнется активное развитие предприятия.
Сейчас основные акционеры, которые зарегистрированы в другой юрисдикции, просто выведут деньги заграницу.
Сейчас вспоминаю сообщения, когда мы держали акции Ашинского и они с 10р., скорректировались до 6.6р., сколько слез тогда было, что все пропало, надо было выйти. Но ничего по 25р. продали, взяв х4.
После выплаты дивидендов, у Ашинского активов останется менее чем на 20 млрд.р. Дальше только спекулятивная игра.

СД Рекомендовал увеличить уставный капитал путем доп. эмиссии, кол-во размещаемых дополнительных бумаг - 76 002 000 шт, открытая подписка. Цена будет определена СД. Доп. эмиссия = 23% от всего текущего объема бумаг. Это не много. Целью допки является финансирование ускоренного роста Группы, обеспечиваемого активной M&A-стратегией. Фундаментально: У компании сейчас 27,9 млрд.р. торговая и прочая кредиторская задолженность + долгосрочные займы на 7,5 млрд.р.+ краткосрочные займы на 12,3 млрд.р. И это при активах в 74,5 млрд.р.
